Training & Development

CRuSH values your contribution as a volunteer - we feel that you form a crucial and integral part of the effort to bring cyber-wellness to the masses of youths out there. To date we've trained 500 ementors and many are still actively involved with us.

Basic Training

The core training required for every CRuSH volunteer is the 10 hour Ementoring Training consisting of 4 fun-filled and eye-opening sessions:

	Session 1 -	Service &, Learning Objectives. Introduction of TYS, internet dangers, & their classification
	Session 2 -	Understanding teens issues & values
	Session 3 -	Forum Skills: efficiently use forum to achieve service objectives
	Session 4 -	Teens Trend & Online Communication Skills: effectively use forum to achieve service objectives

Beyond Basics

Beyond the different SL projects, designed to expand your exposure and to tap on your unique skill sets, CRuSH offers regular updates and seminars to our ementors in order to keep them up-to-speed with the latest developments.

Come sit in one of our monthly "staff" training sessions, and find yourself assimilating information and know-how right at the cutting edge of youth work.

Join the core group of staff and volunteers and draw from their passion of influencing the youths. Nothing beats interacting with the staff in this team!

Membership certainly has it's privileges - seeing changed lives gives satisfaction and joy beyond money and CIP points.
