| The PlanetCRUSH Experience brings regular and exciting gaming sessions away from unhealthy environments and into PlanetCRUSH. Many gaming groups are hosted at PlanetCRUSH throughout the week from Mondays to Saturdays. These groups are formed around healthy gaming, positive mentoring relationships and seasonal enrichment programmes. |

| This is a monthly forum specially designed for students to interact with staff and ask questions about Cyber Wellness. What previous participants have to say:

TOUCH Cyber Wellness is organizing The Cyber Wellness Enrichment Programme for youths. This programme aims to bring out the unique and hidden potential in teenagers who are heavily involved in internet surfing and good at computer games. TOUCH Cyber Wellness believes that it is a worthwhile investment to develop this potential so that these teenagers will become positive role models in the internet age. The participants will go through an 8-session programme consisting of the following key components: 1. Small Group Teambuilding and Accountability 2. Profiling of Participants 3. Understanding Dangers of Internet / Gaming Addiction 4. Exploring Alternative Activities 5. Restoring Healthy Self-Esteem 6. Exposure to Positive Role Models Date: 22 November - 16 December 2011 (8 sessions) Time: 2:00pm - 5:00pm (Timing varies with activities.
