“CRUSH provides a very comprehensive and well-conceptualised programme that covers the entire issue of the risk of the Internet and how to surf safely.”

- Esther Lai, Principal

Students in schools form a prime focus group for cyber wellness education. The unique environment is ripe both for effective impartation by teachers (and trainers) and positive peer-influence.

It is with this focus that TOUCH Cyber Wellness designs its school-based programmes to reach students in a way that effectively engages their thinking and imagination.

  • Misadventures of Boon, an interactive “techno drama”, captures huge crowds of students from Upper Primary to Junior College students with its unique blend of high-energy facilitation and humour by our trainers.
  • Project CRUSH and Planet CRUSH bring surprising and impactful structured experiences into classrooms to send home the message of cyber wellness to teenagers.
  • CRUSH Kidz innoculates our impressionable children in primary schools against cyber space dangers at the youngest age.

Misadventures of Boon
Youths learn to tackle everyday dilemmas on the Internet
“The cyber wellness lessons by TOUCH were presented in a fun, interactive and up-to-date manner, which allowed for student participation and reflective thinking. I feel all schools should have a programme like this.”

- Mrs Julia Yeo, School Counsellor

This series of roadshow is customised for the maturity of upper primary to even junior college students. Youths watch their daily Internet-related dilemmas being played out and are challenged to make decisions on behalf of Ah Boon – with dramatized consequences.

Project CRUSH
Young teenagers learn basics of cyber wellness values
“I realised my addiction after attending the Project CRUSH programme. During one of the sessions, the trainer showed us an article about this guy from Korea who died after playing continuously for three days and that left a great impression on me. I then approached the trainer and confided in him who encouraged me to take steps to overcome my addiction. Today my priorities are not affected by my time on the Internet as I am able to spend time more constructively.”

- Larry Lam, Secondary 1 student who attended our Project CRUSH sessions

Our dynamic trainers bring cyber wellness values alive in a classroom setting allowing for interaction and engagement with every student. Project CRUSH covers a very wide range of issues that every teenager is likely to encounter as they gain increasing autonomy.
