“Exposure and immersion in a positive environment serves to impact and change youths more than endless lectures and rationalization.”

TOUCH recognises the importance of role models, peer influence and positive experiences in shaping youths before their young minds can fully comprehend and make informed decisions. It is with this focus that we design compelling experiences for youths and so that they can embrace the use of Internet and especially games, for healthy and balanced development.

Our family programmes focus specifically on using the Internet to bridge the divide between parents and youths. It is our vision to see families strengthened and communities transformed– hearts of the parents uniting with those of the children even in the use of the Internet and games.

Fun & Fantasy; Fear & Futility
“Why can’t I stop playing?”

Our counsellors and youth workers explore a wide range of possible gaming motivations and give insight to the participant as to what their drive and preferences could be. This is an excellent platform for youths to come together in a non-threatening environment so that they can open up to recognize possible excesses in their gaming habits.

Our counsellors also use Cognitive Behaviour Therapy to help youths gain control over their gaming habits. These interactions are often carried over to the healthy mentoring relationships in our gaming groups.

Family E-Sports Carnival
Families have fun and play together!

Never have we seen families come together so excited over gaming.

  • Youths cheering their parents and giving them tips on how to game better.
  • Parents walking away with a deep appreciation of why their kids are some excited about gaming.

Our wholesome and fun-filled carnivals attract both casual and competitive gamers. Aspiring teams challenge each other for the grand prize and participants chill out over more casual and interactive games on platforms such as the Nintendo Wii.

Many parents walk away with new ideas of how they can use games to build bonds with their children.
