Year 2008

Singapore's first Cyber Wellness Handbook for Parents...

In 2008, TOUCH published the Cyber Wellness Handbook for Parents, a first in Singapore. This was supported by the Ministry of Community, Youth & Sports (MCYS) and distributed through all MOE schools to parents of Primary Three to Secondary Three students.
