Ray Chua, Assistant Manager (R&D and Counselling)

Ray oversees the R&D and Counselling team in TOUCH Cyber Wellness. He also conducts Cyber Wellness workshops for parents, teachers and counsellors.

Ray's academic qualifications are in Accountancy and Psychology. Prior to joining TOUCH Cyber Wellness, he completed his honors degree in Psychology with his thesis focusing on cognitive-behavioral factors influencing online gaming overuse. Having played computer games for 23 years, he uses this experience to connect with youths who game and parents as well.

He is currently a member of the Films Consultative Panel which advises the Media Development Authority on film, video and game ratings. His other work experiences include holding executive and managerial positions in PSA Corporation and its subsidiaries and lecturing as part of ITE College East's Lifeskills department. He is also a certified trainer for the D.I.S.C psychometric profile.

He is married and has two daughters.

 

 

Chong Ee Jay, Senior Executive (Corporate Communications / Partnership Development)

Ee Jay has conducted more than a hundred cyber wellness workshops since 2007, reaching out to more than 4,000 Parents, Educators and Youth/Social Workers in schools, corporations and the community.

He is one of the drivers behind the Cyber Wellness Education efforts in TOUCH Cyber Wellness. Given his versatility, he is also a trainer for both our parents workshops and youth programmes. With his amicable disposition, he also mentors the youths who come to the PlanetCRuSH Cyber Wellness Center through the resident programmes.

Over the past 8 years, he has volunteered and inspired youths in schools, churches and universities through talks, and leadership involvement in local and international projects. He is also a certified trainer for the D.I.S.C psychometric profile.

Driven with a passion to inspire parents and educators who struggle to cope with the rapidly advancing Internet age, he works closely with them to educate and equip them with knowledge and skill sets to connect with their children and students.

 

 

Lam Wai Mun, Senior Executive (Cyber Wellness Centre)

Wai Mun is vastly experienced in working with youths since 2001. He is a registered Social Work practitioner and heads the Cyber Wellness Centre with his team of volunteer mentors. Over the past few years, he has mentored more than 1,400 youths through our cyber wellness programmes. He also speaks in schools, giving workshops on cyber wellness and addressing counselling issues.

Apart from counselling, Wai Mun is also the man behind the mentoring programmes at TOUCH Cyber Wellness centre.

Wai Mun is passionate in helping youths discover and fulfill their potential in life. He mentors them through youth related activities - computer gaming, sports and outdoor activities.

He has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (2nd Upper), NUS and also a specialist diploma in counseling. He is currently pursuing his Master of Arts (Counselling and Guidance) from NIE.
